    Had a massive problem installing your theme which was highly recommended and does look great in your demo.

    Main obstacle: unable to install the theme;

    Unpacking the package…
    Installing the theme…
    The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
    Theme install failed.
    Got in touch with you guys and was told to create a separate zip file containing style.css – did it. Managed to open the theme however …
    unable to change/access home page.

    In my menu I do not have an option called Home Page.  Getting really disappointed & really need your help please:)

    Hi,

    1. here is a link that can help you fixing this issue – http://goo.gl/V4tSD in our documentation read this (1.1 How to Manage and Install a Theme) to make it short, in your downloaded zip file just install the “source.zip”.

    2. that’s seems weird upon installing the theme homepage should be default, can you show me your site link..

    please have patience as this is not a theme issue, it’s how you install it and don’t worry I will help you fix this..

    Website cooperandbroker.co.uk – the homepage is there but empty and in the Theme Options there is no Homepage tab:

    Hi,

     

    website is icogl.com but in the backend of the website in the theme options there is no homepage options. Please help assist us. Also we have read your documentation and we were not able to add slides to the front page. If this is not fixed we will require a refund due to your theme not working properly.

    I would not expect to receive any support. This is what I have received:
    I am sure it’s not a theme bug, it’s how you install it.. in our documentation we provided a link on how to fix it.. I saw your site already and it works fine when I saw it, I really don’t know what was your problem on that.. also please don’t expect we can respond you right away as you know it’s weekend we need to go and relax also.. sorry about that..

    Hi,

    @COGL2013, yes this theme don’t have Homepage Options.. adding a background image should be added in your gallery, here’s a How to steps, in our documentations here: (4.3 How to Create Gallery as Background slider)
